About Us

My name is Alan Vargas, and I’m the owner of Vargas Construction. I grew up in Utah County surrounded by the construction industry, so building has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset and dreamed of starting a company of my own. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University, I decided to combine my passion for construction with my desire to build a company centered around quality, integrity, and doing things the right way.

I started Vargas Construction with a focus on residential remodeling and basement finishing because I enjoy the personal side of construction. A home is much more than a building—it’s where people create memories, spend time with their families, and build their lives. I believe a great contractor should communicate clearly, be detail oriented, make informed decisions, and genuinely care about the projects. Every project should be treated like our own home, with quality, safety, and integrity always coming first. My goal is to give every homeowner confidence throughout the process and create a finished space they are genuinely proud of.

I’m proud to call Utah County my home and look forward to helping homeowners throughout the area create homes they love.
